I’ve used a task management tool, ASANA over 2 years. Nine2one has been using ASANA company-wide since it had 5 members until it has more than 30 members.
Pros
- I loved the ‘inbox’. Inbox gather all the information I need to know about my tasks. (new project, new task assigned to me, any changes about task I’m following)
- Good to follow the history of a task. Especially my team loved ‘comments’ to discuss a certain task.
Cons
- Hard to manage my schedule. I have ‘My task’, which is a list of tasks assigned to me. Since a task can have only one due date which usually means the last day that I should finish, I cannot distinguish the tasks that I’m thinking of finishing today.
- Unable to assign a task to several people. Need to ‘duplicate’ a task to assign a task to two people.
